You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
This role requires managing staffing levels, conducting daily rounds, and ensuring that all personnel comply with safety standards and infection control procedures.
