Job Summary

  • Incumbents perform a variety of office and field tasks to ensure compliance with State and local codes and regulations.
  • Officers will learn, reference, monitor and enforce a variety of applicable ordinances, codes, and regulations related to property maintenance, zoning and land use, nuisances, and housing conditions.
  • This position requires the ability to work independently and address a larger range of code enforcement duties, and successfully manage assigned code enforcement tasks.
