Job Summary

  • Join NCDOT’s Enterprise Application and Testing Services (EATS) team as an intern supporting the Enterprise Management Systems (EMS) and Intelligent Document Management Systems (IDMS) applications.
  • The intern will assist with application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Interns will gain exposure to enterprise application environments, operational support processes, and real-world IT service management practices.
