Key Requirements

  • California Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 License (CPT1)
  • California Certified Phlebotomy Technician 2 License (CPT2)
  • California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CLS)
  • California Medical Laboratory Technician License (MLT)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer/patient facing experience
