Playfly Sports is seeking a Consultant for Sales, Service, and Operations at Santa Clara University. This role involves engaging with clients to renew and grow season ticket accounts, generating new business, and providing outstanding customer service, primarily through outbound communication.

Job Summary
Consultants act as the primary liaison between our current client base and Collegiate Athletics Department, responsible for renewing and growing all season ticket accounts and generating new business.
Sell ticketed sports including, with a focus on Men and Women’s Basketball, and a full menu of products, performing stadium tours, on-site presentations, outbound calls, and service inbound calls.
Meet or exceed sales goals while providing superior customer service and managing and retaining a large account base of premium seating, season ticket members, and group sales clients.
