Key Requirements
JD from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
3-5+ years of legal experience
Meaningful in house experience in pharma/biotech or relevant law firm experience
Significant experience negotiating R&D and clinical development contracts
Significant experience negotiating commercial vendor and operational agreements
Significant experience negotiating payer or market access agreements
