SWBC is seeking a Collections Supervisor to oversee staff and activities related to the collection of severely delinquent accounts. The ideal candidate will have significant call center and supervisory experience and will be responsible for ensuring quality service and compliance in collections

Job Summary

  • Supervises staff and activities relating to the collection and adjustment of severely delinquent accounts, handling day-to-day staffing and personnel issues with limited supervision.
  • Oversees and monitors outbound service calls to ensure quality standards, compliance with policies and procedures, and provides timely feedback.
  • Assists in the development of training programs by identifying and coordinating training needs to meet ongoing customer service initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum five (5) years of call center experience
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory/leadership experience
  • Strong working knowledge of consumer laws and regulations
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA)
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
