The role will support the TM AI Operations Global lead and APAC Head of TM (Transaction Management ) AI, productivity, and workforce‑enablement initiatives.
Foster a high‑performance, accountable team culture through regular coaching, performance reviews, and active skill‑development planning.

Strong analytical, risk awareness, and escalation‑management skills
