Job Summary
The Head Teller is responsible for executing day-to-day banking activities, including the delivery of client-facing services and processing transactions, in coordination with the Customer Service function.
Lead and mentor tellers through assigning work and providing technical guidance when needed, and serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
