Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Licensed trade background Millwright or Electrician
  • 5+ years maintenance experience in food manufacturing
  • 1-2 years formal or informal leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance Step 4
  • Progressive Maintenance Step 3 and TPM tools
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Lean and continuous improvement practices
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical electrical automation
  • Collaborative hands-on leadership style
  • Experience supporting unionized crews
