Job Summary
This role is responsible for welcoming/greeting guests to the restaurant and ensuring that they are seated and receive attentive service.
Duties include maintaining a waitlist of guests during service, distributing menus, confirming restaurant contact information to guests, accepting phone calls, making and adjusting reservations, as well as working with the service team to ensure the restaurant is seated in a timely and efficient manner.
