Job Summary

• The Education Project Officer will be responsible for the effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of educational activities, providing effective technical guidance to partner field staff, particularly in the alternative education program.
• The role involves representing IRC in relevant coordination forums and working groups at the departmental and arrondissement levels, ensuring activities align with the Ministry of Basic Education's policies and priorities.
• Key responsibilities include project planning, implementation and quality assurance, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), technical and operational support, procurement, logistics, HR, and security management.
