Job Summary
This position provides leadership, mentoring, and support to its direct reports along with drafting and developing contracts to include completion of all required language, documentation, budget reviews, and works closely with leadership, program managers, finance, and contract management on all procurement related activities.
The Agency Procurement & Program Administrator Supervisor position is an integral part of the Finance & Contracts team at OBH.

Key Requirements
Eight (8) year combination of education and/or professional experience in social services
Two (2) years of related program management experience
Education, training, and/or applied experience in contract administration, accounting, procurement, project management, financial management, or a closely related field
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present large amounts of data
Strong leadership skills including supervising, mentoring, and/or leading staff
