Job Summary
Installs, repairs, replaces, and inspects pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain heating, water, gas, and drainage systems.
Analyzes and corrects problems related to normal building maintenance situations, including troubleshooting and repairing patient room lighting, receptacles, and common plumbing issues.
Understands and operates all major components of essential systems, including boiler plant, chiller plant, generator plant, med air and vac pumps, sprinkler system, and fire pump.
