Job Summary
The Ecosystem Lead defines ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Technical Operations in partnership with OE, site, and functional stakeholders.
It oversees the installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operating System across sites and supported functions through Gemba walks, site visits, and maturity assessments.
The role supports ecosystem value delivery by working with teams from T4 to T1 and enables the deployment of structured problem-solving, Lean, and Six Sigma tools as appropriate.
