  • Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of agreements with an emphasis on third party sales channel and consulting agreements tracked in the Conga Contracts system.
  • The role involves collaboration with sales and other stakeholders, risk identification, contract execution, and maintaining contract data and records to ensure high quality customer service.
