Job Summary
You will own the marketing service portfolio in Romania and Moldova, which includes various channels for Pharma Clients to reach Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Key accountabilities include developing and executing a clear, impactful sales plan, leading the region to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets, and building new business.
You will work closely with country Sales Leads, GMs, and regional teams to ensure alignment and transparency, and contribute to monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles.
