Job Summary

  • Create and embed a culture of HSE excellence that enables our people to deliver targets whilst continuously improving the performance of our business.
  • Ensure all legal compliance HSE obligations are met through influencing at all levels of the manufacturing function and leadership team.

  • Ensure COSHH, PUWER, RIDDOR compliance
  • Support ISO 14001 certifications
  • Deliver safety briefings and training

  • Hands-on, people-focused leadership

Key Requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • IOSH membership
  • Environment qualification (e.g. AIEMA)
  • H&S auditing /training qualification
  • Previous H&S experience in food manufacturing/FMCG
  • Frontline engagement experience
  • Practical experience with accident investigation, risk assessments
