Job Summary

• Lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals by developing and implementing proactive EHSS systems.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on EHSS matters, providing guidance on regulations and standards, and contributing EHSS input to the Plant Leadership Team.
• Champion EHSS Excellence by leading engagement goals, promoting associate safety, assessing new equipment and chemicals, and managing EHSS internal self-assessments.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years of EHSS learnings and experience
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, natural, or equivalent science, engineering technology, occupational safety/industrial hygiene or fire safety
• CSP or CIH professional certifications preferred
• First Aid, CPR and AED certifications preferred
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic Safety Management Systems
