Job Summary

  • The Certified Medical Assistant provides direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care under the direction of the physician.
  • Certified Medical Assistants work all three shifts, weekends and holidays, with individual shift rotation and schedules established with your specific Nurse Manager/Practice Manager.
  • Functions under direction of a licensed independent practitioner, manager and/or RN in providing patient care, emotional support, and problem solving.
