Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, tax or analytical/quantitative field
  • Minimum 11 years of experience
  • At least 5 years managing M&A/financing for power generation projects
  • Minimum 5 years M&A/finance in US renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing asset acquisitions and JV partnerships
  • Knowledge of renewable energy project economics and valuation approaches
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient communicator
  • Strong financial, conceptual, strategic, and analytical thinking skills
  • Proven commercial judgement and structuring skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
