The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in international matrix structures, and will play a crucial role in advising and coordinating HR processes across the organization

Job Summary

  • As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will advise and support managers and employees in central corporate areas on all HR-relevant issues throughout the employee life cycle.
  • In international matrix structures, you will be responsible for ensuring cross-border HR process standards and will take on an active consulting and coordination role in organizational changes in coordination with the relevant local HR units.
  • You will work closely with the works council and participate in the adaptation and implementation of works agreements.
