Job Summary
The role involves leading the design and development of casting and structure components for torque converters, transmissions, and axles to support new product introduction and cost reduction.
Candidates will work closely with global cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, and supply chain to ensure qualified component delivery.
This position requires a 5-day-a-week onsite schedule and approximately 30% travel based on project needs.
