Base: $107,600.00 - $161,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package starting day 1

Safety training program delivery
Customer-facing safety responsibilities
Travel up to 50% for site visits

Experience with residential pest management safety
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Policy development and Safety Management System experience
Ability to work in matrixed and multi-cultural environments
Certified Safety Professional certification or ability to achieve
Field service and sales experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, health, or related field
7 years of safety, health and environment experience
Demonstrated project management and change leadership skills
Ability to travel up to 50% for customer site visits
