Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the Salamanca plant, ensuring equipment, systems, and facilities meet high quality and safety standards.
Act as a Gatekeeper, Planner, and Scheduler in SAP PM, managing preventive maintenance, participating in operational meetings, and supporting the training of team members to foster a culture of 'self-maintenance'.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, manage spare parts inventory, and promote energy efficiency in all maintenance tasks.
