Job Summary
This technical role contributes to the design, evolution, and innovation of our telecom billing platform, focusing on the effective operation and support of our cloud-based SaaS platform Ascendon.
You will act as the first responder for production incidents, collaborate with development teams to improve observability, handle deployments, monitor performance, and create operational playbooks.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise-grade applications, with hands-on experience in AWS services and CI/CD tools.
