Job Summary

  • Assists Program Supervisor with overall planning, logistics and oversight of a Behavioral Health Stabilization (BHS) home.
  • Directly supervises direct support professional staff (DSP-RBT) and participates in employee selection, performance management and development.
  • Serves as Transition Navigator for the BHS home, facilitating necessary coordination and supports for residents with community and other supports at intake, discharge and following discharge from the residence.
