Key Requirements

  • Epic certification (or equivalent) required within 1 year
  • Mid-Revenue Cycle certification (or equivalent) required within 1 year
  • Bachelor's degree in health information management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, HIM, or related field
  • Experience supporting application users and collaborating with vendors
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Familiarity with Epic EHR tools and reporting capabilities
  • Understanding of Mid-Revenue Cycle KPIs
