Must-have
2 years DSP 1 experience at YAI
SCIP-R crisis intervention certification
CPR certification from Red Cross or AHA
Medication administration (AMAP) certification
Behavior Support Plan implementation
Electronic health record data entry

Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Willingness to work holidays and emergencies
Experience with I/DD population needs

Key Requirements
Two years DSP 1 experience at YAI program
Valid Driver's License and Van certification if transporting
Must be at least 18 years old
Obtain AMAP or Day Services Model Mentorship Training within 3-6 months
Maintain required certifications for applicable service setting
