Job Summary

• The Nurse Aide in Training program provides hands-on experience and classroom instruction to prepare individuals to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Trainees will assist residents with basic care needs, observe and report changes in their conditions, and support their mobility and comfort under supervision.
• This role requires physical ability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to respond quickly to resident needs in a fast-paced environment.
