As Regional Manager, you will guide and support Centre Managers to uphold the highest standards, creating safe, inclusive environments where children feel they belong and staff continually grow and make a positive impact.
Your responsibilities include overseeing compliance, staff development, operational efficiency, leading projects, change and improvement initiatives and proactive risk management to ensure positive outcomes for children, families, and staff.
