Coordinate day-to-day coordination of the TMaH project across IL Condell and Sherman Advocate sites by ensuring alignment with approved workplans and grant requirements.
Track, manage, and support completion of all grant deliverables across TMaH pillars including access/workforce, quality and safety, and whole-person care.

Key Requirements
