  • Ensure the budget revenue is generated for Fairmont Gold within the budgeted associated expenses and work with various directors to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Facilitate the training and development of the Fairmont Gold Team, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in recruitment and hiring.
