Job Summary

  • The priority work includes comprehensive mental health evaluations, SBIRTs, collaborating with DCRs and psychiatric facilities, addressing abuse, neglect concerns, and provided resources and referrals to a wide range of services.
  • You will perform cross continuum care activities, which may include clinic, provider practice, urgent care, phone care agency, skilled care, or other sites of care, as appropriate.

Base: $82,077.00 - $119,288.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: $10,000 sign on bonus for new full-time hires with a 2 year commitment; Benefits: Medical, dental, retirement, paid time off

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Licensed in the state of Washington
