  • Responsible for integration of rehabilitation services, care delivery and programs across the continuum, coordinating and collaborating closely with Service Line Leaders and community partners to ensure streamline and standardized care.
  • Analyzes and resolves inefficiencies and inconsistency of care across rehabilitation services. Plans, administers and manages staffing, productivity, finances, quality and programming ensuring that patient care is provided according to established standards of care and practice.

Key Requirements
