Job Summary
The PIQA program supports and educates Driscoll Health Plan (DHP) Population Health staff to maintain compliance with Federal, State, Regulatory, and accrediting body standards.
The PIQA Specialist uses tools to compare current work with evidence-based population health standards of practice and Service Coordination strategies, including chart reviews and monitoring telephonic interactions.
The incumbent will engage with clinical teams to improve outcomes and PH Operations through daily review and analysis, collaboration, and active participation to effectively improve documentation.

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree in nursing
3-5 years related experience
Health plan or healthcare experience
STAR Kids STAR Medicaid experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Texas
