Job Summary
The position coordinates and directs daily operations for BistrOH! Cafes, Hospitality Centers, and East kitchen under the supervision of Nutrition Services leadership.
The role is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and participating in activities of nutrition aides, sales assistants, and kitchen personnel to ensure quality service.
Candidates must have specific training hours or equivalent experience in kitchen equipment operation, food preparation, supervision, food management, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
