Provide expert and advanced technical support to increase and improve the availability of the Bank's technological infrastructure used in GBS Colombia for business activities and Smart Automation solutions.
Manage reports, performance indicators, control dashboards, risk indicators, action plans, and documentation to ensure alignment with business strategies and established policies.
