Integer is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement to drive operational excellence within its manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean methodologies and a proven track record of leading change initiatives in an industrial setting

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
  • Responsibilities include leading the team through strategic planning, managing the site continuous improvement plan, providing coaching through hands-on execution, promoting a lean culture by engaging the workforce, managing the Continuous Improvement Team and ensuring alignment on the corporate Manufacturing Excellence strategic initiatives.
