Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years experience in OPEX, LSS, CI or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in high-speed industrial manufacturing
  • Experience with CI, LEAN, OPEX, LSS tools and theory
  • Direct or indirect manufacturing/operations, supply chain or finance experience
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams
  • Occasional travel up to 25%
  • Preferred LSS Black Belt or above
