  • Responsible for performing a variety of restaurant duties, including food and beverage orders, short order cooking, and working with a point of sale system.
  • Ensure all restaurant areas are cleaned before closing, clean kitchen, wash dishes, vacuum floor, empty all trash and make sure all tables are clean, and condiments are restocked.
  • Available to work all shifts including opening and closing restaurant, as required.
