Otis is seeking a Senior Manager for Environmental & Sustainability to lead and enhance its global sustainability initiatives, focusing on compliance, data management, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in environmental compliance, data analysis, and sustainability reporting

Job Summary

  • This role develops and advances Otis’s global environmental and sustainability programs, leading initiatives in climate, energy, waste, water, and circularity while overseeing and/or supporting core reporting obligations including CDP and CSRD.
  • The role partners closely with global teams to drive progress, ensure data integrity, and support emerging regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company, moving 2.4 billion people every day and maintaining approximately 2.4 million customer units worldwide.

Key Requirements

  • Working knowledge of sustainability programs (GRI, GHG Protocol, SDGs)
  • Experience with waste reduction and ZWTL programs
