Job Summary

  • This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing a Group-wide product strategy taking into account the needs of our customers and aligned to the distribution channels used to access those customers.
  • Partner with group and local teams across Distribution, Marketing, Operations & Technology, Health to co-create product strategies that address specific needs of targeted customer segments, are market-relevant and scalable.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across key markets and monitor emerging trends in Insurtech, health tech, digital wealth platforms and evolving customer behaviours.

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills
