Job Summary
This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing a Group-wide product strategy taking into account the needs of our customers and aligned to the distribution channels used to access those customers.
Partner with group and local teams across Distribution, Marketing, Operations & Technology, Health to co-create product strategies that address specific needs of targeted customer segments, are market-relevant and scalable.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across key markets and monitor emerging trends in Insurtech, health tech, digital wealth platforms and evolving customer behaviours.

Key Requirements

Strong strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills
