Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the multidisciplinary design development of site-specific small modular reactors (SMRs) from locations in Derby, Manchester, or Warrington. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized engineering qualification and significant experience in complex infrastructure projects, particularly in areas such as nuclear and civil engineering.

Leading the engineering development of your allocated site-specific design area and ensuring integration with the generic SMR programme.
Coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, managing technical alignment and supporting regulatory and client engagement.
We anticipate paying £68,000 – £90,000 depending on skills and experience plus a £5,000 benefits allowance and a 17% STI bonus.
