Job Summary

  • The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
  • General Managers must ensure our teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
