Base: $62,300.00 - $112,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Must-have
Experience with composite airframe structures
Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
Experience with repair processes for composite materials
Interfacing with multiple suppliers
Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System MES
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with military specs and standards
Northrop Grumman MRB EN signature
Experience interfacing with military customers
Intellectual curiosity and cognitive diversity culture
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
Minimum 2 years related experience or Master's degree
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
Hands on experience in composites manufacturing facility
U.S. Citizenship required
