Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs to foster a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce for safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the Hydrogen production plant.
Accountable for managing the technical training program and executing training for Operations & Maintenance staff, focusing on operational excellence.
Provide on-the-job training to ensure the HYCO is operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
