Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and supervising nursing staff activities and implementing nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring resident safety and respect, and acting as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
Maintains confidentiality, stays abreast of regulatory changes, and provides reports and recommendations to the DON concerning nursing services.
