As the Senior Analyst, People Cost & Strategy – APAC, you will be responsible for managing the region’s HR Operating model analytics, progress and commercial process to ensure Cluster consistency and optimization.
Lead HR budgeting and financial management for APAC, partnering with Finance and HR to align workforce costs with business strategy.
