Job Summary

  • Oversee administration of all teammate leave programs, including but not limited to sick leave, medical leave, statutory leaves, military leaves, FMLA, and company-sponsored leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies related to leave and time off.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of leave administrators or specialists, setting performance goals and supporting skill development.
