Oversee administration of all teammate leave programs, including but not limited to sick leave, medical leave, statutory leaves, military leaves, FMLA, and company-sponsored leave policies.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies related to leave and time off.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of leave administrators or specialists, setting performance goals and supporting skill development.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–8 years of experience in HR operations or leave administration
Prior people management experience preferred
